(0:01) Each year, Levo chooses some amazing teachers to give $500 classroom awards to. (0:08) They're nominated by community members, parents, and students. (0:11) And we have one of our winning teachers for this year, Mrs. Allison Rasmussen from Brandon Elementary.
(0:17) She was nominated by Alex. Alex, can you tell us why you nominated her? (0:20) Yes, since the first day that we came and met her here, she's gone above and beyond for SAM. (0:26) She even attends weekly ASL group meetings with some moms in the Brandon School District outside of her classroom time (0:35) to learn sign language to help communicate with SAM while he's in the classroom.
(0:41) And so, I know not a lot of teachers go outside their classrooms to do all that extra stuff, (0:46) and we've just been grateful to have her this year. (0:50) That is fantastic. And can you tell us, have you decided in the last five minutes what you're going to do with the $500? (0:55) I haven't decided, but I'm super excited.
Thank you so much. (1:00) Shh, shh, shh. (1:01) Thank you.
