ITM stands for Interactive Teller Machine. ITM look similar to an ATM, but with a couple of big differences -- you can perform more banking transactions and speak with a Levo personal teller using live video.

Interactive Teller Machines
The ITM is open beyond the branch’s normal business hours and will let you conduct business any time that is convenient for you. An ITM is better than an ATM because it will walk you through regular banking transactions without assistance. However, if you run into a question during business hours a Levo member service associate can help you to complete your transaction. Simply press "Help" to speak with a member service officer. Our friendly associates can assist with virtually any transaction you can do in person including:
- Cashing checks
- Making payments to loans
- Make withdrawals
- Make transfers between accounts
- Depositing checks and cash (no deposit slips needed!)
It's easy to use. Simply touch the screen to get started. You may use your account number or debit card to access your account.

No, when you use a Levo ITM, you are served by one of our Levo employees working remotely from a location in Sioux Falls. There are still Member Service Associates and tellers in the branch ready to assist you when needed.
No. ITMs can do many additional types of transactions than traditional ATMs can do. Levo still has ATMs available to do transactions, like withdrawing cash. The ITMs are ideal for transactions that would normally require a personal member service officers, except now you can do it all on your own with the ITM.
