What To Expect

We are working to make the transition from Heritage Bank to Levo as seamless as possible. Completion of the acquisition, or "closing," and "account conversion," is expected to take place the weekend of January 17, 2025, and you will notice the transition at that time. Account and services offered during account conversion will change from Heritage Bank to Levo Credit Union.

NOTE: You can use your new Levo card as early
as noon on Sunday, January 19th!

When will the account conversion take place?

Account conversion is currently planned for the weekend after January 17, 2025. While access to some services may transition at different intervals leading up to and during the account conversion, our hope is that there should be little impact on your ability to use your account up to and through the conversion.

Will my account number or account names change with the account conversion?

Yes. Your new account number will be sent to you by mail. Watch for a special postal delivery containing your account number and instructions to finalize your membership.

Will I need to update my ACH (Automated Clearing House) transactions (Social Security,payroll, etc.)?

Following account conversion, you will need to contact any business to which you provided your account information for ACH payments or deposits and provide your updated routing number (291479974) and Levo account number. We'll provide you with more information as we approach account conversion.

Will fees change?

Your new member packet, which contains a copy of Levo's fee schedule, will arrive in the mail to help you . You can also preview it in the link above.

Will new debit cards be issued as part of the account conversion?

Yes, new debit cards will be sent to replace existing Heritage Bank-branded debit cards, and you will be sent new personal identification numbers (PINS).

When will I be able to use my new Levo card?

Your new Levo debit cards will be able to be used as early as noon on Sunday, January 19^th.

What is Levo’s routing and transit number?

Routing and transit number is 291479974.

Will my Heritage Bank checks still work, or do I need to order new ones?

While Heritage Bank checks will be accepted and processed as normal until account conversion, you will be provided with new Levo checks prior to account conversion, and these should be utilized after account conversion. More details will included in future communication.

Will my consumer loan(s) remain the same following account conversion?

We expect your existing consumer loans to transfer to Levo with the same terms. If a change to any loan is necessary, we will contact you to discuss all available options.

How will this affect my loan payments?

You will continue to make loan payments to Heritage Bank until account conversion. Following conversion, you will make loan payments to Levo.

When will I receive my account statement from Levo?

You'll receive the account history since your last statement and through the month end prior to the account conversion. Following the account conversion, you will receive your first integrated Levo account statement. The first statement will serve as reference to verify balances, etc. by matching it to your former Heritage Bank statement.

Will my certificate rates change?

All certificate products will retain their structure and term when converted.

Will beneficiaries transfer with account(s)?

Any previously designated beneficiaries will follow the account when integrated with Levo's system.

How would I calculate my insurance coverage?

When will I be able to use a Levo ATM?

Following the account conversion, you will be able to use any branch or ATM within Levo's network. For a full list of Levo branch locations and ATMs, visit www.levo.org/contact/atm-finder .

Are my ATM fees still waived?

Instead of waiving ATM fees outside our network, Levo provides a great ATM network of 88,000 fee-free locations that are spread nationwide. To find free ATMs near you, visit www.levo.org/contact/atm-finder.

Does Levo offer account access by phone and when will it be available to me?

Yes, the credit union offers 24-hour telephone banking called Anytime Teller. You can access it by dialing 1-855-334-5422. It is a touch-tone system that will require you to enter your account number and access code. Anytime Teller is an audio response system that allows access to account balances and history. You can learn more at levo.org/anytime-teller. You can also reach Member Service Agents by calling 1-800-568-5711 Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9 AM - 12 PM. In addition you can use our virtual assistant on our website 24-7.

When will digital/mobile access be available?

Digital Services will be available via Levo's online and mobile banking platform after account conversion. Your Heritage Bank current online and mobile banking should not be accessed after conversion. A detailed communication about initial access will be sent in future communication.

Does Levo support mobile wallet transactions?

Yes Levo supports Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. Learn more at www.levo.org/mobile-wallet.
