Sean Gallup: We are remodeling our basement we’ve lived here for 5 years we decided it’s time to remodel our basement

Jessica Gallup: We started off with our big community bank and when we went for the HELOC, good rates and all that except the amount was not anything we were looking for.

Sean: So we started looking around for other lenders that were local that we felt would understand the housing market in SF and understand the value of our home after we finished and that’s when we started looking at Levo.

Sean: It’s been a huge difference considering Levo was willing to give us more than double what our big bank was going to offer us.

Jess: we ended up with Levo, there’s a branch that was pretty close to us and started working with a really great loan officer who got everything done very quickly got our paperwork back and was able to get us an amount we will actually be able to finish our basement and add a patio outside. 

Sean: Levo has been amazing, we have had really good luck with the people we worked with and because we’ve never done anything like this it was a little difficult to figure out how do we pay people we weren’t sure how we would do all those things so it was very easy to just call someone every time we had a question and they would answer it immediately versus trying o call someone in another state. 

Jess: I really liked our loan officer got to know us he was cordial always got back to me emailed back and forth i prefer to communicate via email it’s just easier that way he always got back to me if i had questions about setting new things up like the online app or electronic payments i need to start he would immediately have someone call me who would get me set up with that he basically said here’s all I need from you I will take care of the rest so it was easy.

Sean: We’ve been very happy with Levo.

Jess: I guess we discovered the Levo difference!
